  • Our beautiful LOOM textiles are ethically handmade in Laos. The 100% natural cotton is grown, the hand loomed, the hand dyed using natural botanical plant dyes and finally handmade into luxurious textiles using traditional methods by our Village Weavers. Learn more about Our Makers.

    Our LOOM jewellery is handmade using recyecled brass and allumium from Laos and Cambodia.

    We use a Women’s Sewing Collective in Cambodia to create our beautiful LOOM Accessories which supports and employs women whose lives have been affected by HIV.

    Our LOOM products are designed from our Studio HQ in Port Willunga, South Australia.

  • Our textiles are made the old fashioned, slow way in Laos using traditional weaving methods by a small groups of Village Artisans.

    Due to the nature of using natural botanical plant dyes, variations in colour vibrance and tone may occur slightly between each item. With natural plant dyes general colour fading may occur. Please note that botanical dyes are also light sensitive and will fade with overt sunlight exposure.

    As our textiles are hand-loomed with 100% natural cotton grown in Laos, the threads may vary in their density with some natural slubs or thickened, uneven sections that create a textured, rustic handmade appearance. This is not considered a fault, it is part of the nature and beauty of our Weavers handmade process.

  • Our beautiful handmade textiles are extremely durable and eco-friendly, and will last you for years. We recommend machine washing in cold water.

    We suggest refraining from using Fabric Softeners as this can affect the nature of the continued softness and absorbency expected of our LOOM textiles.

    Please note sunlight exposure can affect the colour vibrance of the botanical plant dyes used for our luxurious LOOM textiles, we suggest drying away from direct sunlight.

  • We prioritise the prompt delivery of your order and aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them Monday to Friday.

    We are based in Willunga South Australia, and we send out orders every weekday. Please note that orders received on Fridays are processed on Mondays.

    Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link.

    If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of your dispatch email, please email carol@loom-designs.com so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

  • Standard shipping within Australia will take between 2-8 business days, however within the Sydney area, it will generally be between 2-3 days.

    Express Post within Australia will take between 2-4 days.

  • If you decide you would like to change your order after it has been placed, we will be happy to help! You can email us at carol@loom-designs.com with your order number and a clear explanation of what you would like to modify. If your order hasn't been shipped, we will do our best to assist you promptly.

  • We hope you love your purchase, if not please contact us as soon as possible.

    We offer a 14 day returns or exchanges policy on 'change of mind' goods. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

    Any postal costs applicable on 'Change of Mind' goods / exchanges are customers expense.

    Shipping costs on original purchase are non-refundable.

    To be eligible for a return/ or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

    To complete your return, we require your order number. Please send an email to carol@loom-designs.com providing the details of your return before returning your order to the below address, as well as reasons for 'change of mind' exchange or return.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your item. Additionally, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
